Trailer Park Boys: JAIL Image

Trailer Park Boys: Jail is a Canadian mockumentary television series created by John Paul Tremblay, Robb Wells and Mike Smith (actor). It is a spin-off of the series Trailer Park Boys. The show follows the misadventures of a group of trailer park residents, mostly from inside the prison. The series premiered on swearnet.com on January 1, 2021, and ran for a season. A second Christmas special was also announced, featuring unseen footage of John Dunsworth before his death in October 2017.[1][2]

The Trailer Park Boys will return at the start of the new year with a new spinoff series, but don't expect to find it on Netflix. This week on SwearNet, the official internet home for the series, the team revealed with a "State of the Union" video that they'll soon be launching the official SwearNet app. They also announce that the app will stream the episodes featured in Trailer Park Boys: Jail, although it may feel a bit different in tone as it takes Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles out of the trailer park and putting them behind bars.

On the official Facebook page for Trailer Park Boys, the jail-set spinoff was further teased in a new post announcing the release date. The teaser doesn't show any footage, only revealing the title logo for the show, but a narrator speaks about what's to come as the show's theme song plays. "It's been peaceful and tranquil in the Sunnyvale trailer park lately, but that's because the boys aren't there. Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles are back... in jail," the narrator states, adding that Trailer Park Boys: Jail is coming to SwearNet on Jan 1.

An official Instagram page for Bubbles previously teased the jail-set Trailer Park Boys spinoff. In September 2019, the account posted an image of the wardrobe area from the set, revealing orange clothing for prisoners. It also revealed that filming was beginning on new episodes, although the post was rather vague. "Tomorrow morning. Filming begins," the caption stated, including the hashtag #SunnyvaleCorrectionalFacility.

The audience learns about the details of the crime later, and our knowledge of Ricky gets filled in the same way. We don't know much about him at first except what we hear about him from other people. Then we see the rumors come to life with hilarious and cringeworthy results. Even the most popular guy in the trailer park has his secrets. Here are ten things that you never knew about Ricky from Trailer Park Boys.

One of these is a secret. Everyone knows that Ricky grows some awesome dope. In the first episode, Cyrus is able to move into Sunnyvale Trailer Park easily because the park lost its dope supply when Ricky had to go to jail. During Season 1 most of the storyline involving Ricky is about getting his grow operation running again. The other skill is his prowess as a lover, which Lucy's friend Sarah strongly hints at during one of her conversations with Julain's camera crew. Jim Lahey has decided that Ricky is a total loser, but maybe he's just jealous.

Up next was Trailer Park Boys, a feature-length film that was screened at the 1999 Atlantic Film Festival. By now, the Ricky and Julian characters were in place. The mockumentary looked at the lives of two small-time criminals living in a trailer park.

Twenty years after Trailer Park Boys first aired, the trio's efforts are now focused on Trailer Park Boys: Jail. While many seasons of the show inevitably involved the main characters going to jail because of their criminal plots failing, most of the show was set in the trailer park. Trailer Park Boys: Jail changes that. 59ce067264
